Wear Happiness...
Your jewelry should be a reflection of who you are...another layer of your personality. And of course we change our personalities with any whim and we need the jewelry to reflect that. It makes me happy to create something for you, something that makes you happy too! So, "wear happiness!"

In the ongoing effort to keep our artisan creations affordable, we strive to choose the highest quality materials varying price points so everyone can experience the joy our jewelry brings. We make each piece by hand with very little pre-purchased elements (such as lobster clasps and chains).

Fall-In-Love Policy:
The biggest challenge to online shopping is that you can't try it on...so, in order to alleviate the stress of buying something you aren't 100% sure will be perfect for you, we want you to purchase what you like and then fall in love with it when it arrives. On the off-chance that you aren't in love with it when it arrives, please get in touch with us (within 5 business days of receiving it). As long as it is in the same condition as when you received it, we are happy to give you a refund (except for the shipping cost) or exchange it. Unfortunately, this policy does not apply to custom created item.

Our main goal is that you are happy! When you are happy, we are happy...and we can make more jewelry! Woo hoo!

If you're looking for something for a techie, computer nerd or geek, check out my other Etsy shop:

About

Handmade Jewelry that is Beautiful, Unique and Fun...just like you!

To work with my hands is a joy.
To create for others is a blessing.
To bless others is happiness.

I’m Sta-C and I am a metal jewelry artist.

I discovered metalsmithing and jewelry creation in the mountains of GA at a Lapidary retreat called William Holland. I was learning to facet gemstones yet found myself fascinated by what all the other students were doing with silver and copper. Although I loved faceting and shaping stones, I was being drawn to learn all I could about metalsmithing.

Early on I began posting my metal jewelry pieces on Facebook and found people loving my work and asking to purchase custom pieces. So, I opened a shop on Etsy and have enjoyed every minute of the experience. It's fulfilling to be part of a community of makers and to share my creations with the world. It is thrilling when one of my pieces ships off to the other side of the world. I also display my work in a few local shops and at the occasional craft fair.

The lure of glittering gemstones and unique semi-precious stones is irresistible to me. Each is unique and has its own personality. I love to bring out the natural beauty of each stone and will often keep the setting simple so the stone sings. I also love to let the metal be the focus and am captivated by the interconnection of woven and braided work. You will also see a Celtic influence in many of my pieces.

Although I love Silver, I am drawn to blending it with brass and copper. There is something very unique and alluring about copper with touches of silver. I give my mixed metal pieces a relaxed and weathered quality.

I choose to work in metal because it has a sense of permanence while at the same time being so malleable. I love to see it transformed from a flat sheet into a curved ring or pendant. I create pieces that can be passed down from generation to generation. I take great care with each piece so it can be a lasting heirloom. I'm always looking for new methods, designs and unusual techniques, while maintaining a classic foundation. Each piece is designed to bring happiness and joy to the wearer!

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders:
We are happy to create custom jewelry for you. Please keep in mind that since everything is hand made, it is always one of a kind. Custom orders are not refundable. Included in the price is one free sizing for rings. If the ring doesn't quite fit, send it back (you pay the shipping) and I will re-size it and ship it back (you pay the shipping). If you need additional sizing, there will be an additional charge.

Copper Jewelry:
Although I seal the inside of copper rings, the sealing will wear off in time. Keeping your jewelry clean will help in the prevention of oxidation turning your skin green. Take off your copper jewelry every night. Wipe your jewelry with a clean soft cloth when you remove it. Doing this will clean any body oils or sweat off your jewelry. The cleaner you keep your copper jewelry the less likely your skin will discolor from oxidation.
Wipe your jewelry piece with a soft cloth before you put it on or after you take it off

Yes! This is the cheapest, easiest way of keeping your copper jewelry clean and to protect them from oxidation. Oxidation is what turns your skin colors. Keep your copper jewelry clean, it's as simple as that! Treat your copper jewelry as you would your expensive pieces of jewelry; wipe it with a clean soft cloth before putting it on or after taking it off. This helps remove the sweat and oils from your skin which causes oxidation. Keeping your copper jewelry clean will prevent it from turning your skin colors.

Apply a coating of car or jewelry wax to the jewelry piece
This works very well. It also prevents your copper from tarnishing and keeps your copper jewelry nice and shinny. Eventually it will wear off (not flake off) depending on how often you wear your copper jewelry. Simply reapply the wax, let dry then buff your jewelry with a soft cloth.

Bracelet Sizing:
Measure the distance around your wrist. A simple way to do this is:

Wrap a piece of string or a paper strip around the narrow part of your wrist (or where you will wear the bracelet).
Mark where the string or paper overlaps to form a complete circle.
Measure the length of the string or paper to where the marked overlap is indicated. Add 0.5″ – 1.0″ to allow for some free room according to personal preference.
Compare your measurement with the chart below to determine your bracelet size.

Small (for wrists 6″ – 6 1/2″)
Medium (for wrists 6 1/2″ – 7.0″)
Large (for wrists 7.0″ - 7 1/2″)
X-Large (for wrists 7 1/2″ – 8″)
