Even though I didn’t need customer service Customer service is excellent. The items were packaged with care and a handwritten note was included that addressed why I ordered the products. I was blown away. And I really think this product is helping my scaredy kitties. It is a little early in the game but I am seeing them be more relaxed.

Out of all of KJ’s products this is probably my favorite. My cats have two different personalities and I love them both so every now and then I need to spray this for vet appointments or when people are coming over or just when they need to relax, this truly does work. Both of them love the scent and my active Maine Coon really likes it! I love this!

KJ is the best! I bought Serenity Meow because I have 2 cats with 2 different personalities with one who is way more active than the other and likes to pick on the other. So I combined this and Calming the Storm on various days and I love the smell! I love all of her products!! 💜💜

This product is absolutely amazing! The owner of the shop was so helpful and easy to work with as well. She even hurried to release this so I could get it in time to take Mia to Florida on our spring break!! I’ve only had Mia for a little over a month now, and we really wanted to take her down to our place with the kids. I definitely feel like this helped ease her a lot. I forgot to use it once arriving here and the evening of day 2 I remembered and sprayed throughout the house a couple sprays in each room and boy it made a night and day difference in her. Mia was being stand-off ish and hiding, once I sprayed this around she was back to her normal coo’ing self!
