Depending on the time of year, I may be living in a household with a bird (green-cheeked conure) and/or a low-shedding dog (toy poodle). I do my best to keep my products clean and reduce the risk of pet allergens making their way into packages, but please be aware of this when ordering.

I print my stickers using two different printer models that use different ink depending on where I'm living at the moment, and additionally, different levels of ink have shown in the past to yield slightly different results. I will never ship out any stickers with color differences that impair the quality of the product and I do my best to keep them consistent, but subtle differences here and there are out of my control. If the difference is so drastic that you think I've made a mistake and sent you a faulty sticker, please contact me for a replacement.

Currently, I offer both glossy and matte variations of every sticker design I sell.

Glossy stickers are superior in image/color quality, while matte stickers are more likely to be less vibrant and/or have fuzzy/blurred borders where dark colors meet.

Matte stickers are superior in water resistance. While they will suffer color loss if put in the dishwasher, left in water for extended periods of time, or cleaned with chemicals such as bleach, they can be run under tap water just fine and are ideal for surfaces such as water bottles. Glossy stickers should only be placed on surfaces that will not get wet.

Neither material has shown to suffer noticeable damage from excessive heat or sunlight exposure, but I have not tested these thoroughly.

Stickers are shipped through USPS First Class Mail in envelopes and do NOT include tracking. The envelopes are 5.1" x 3.6" and include a card to discourage bending. Stickers are packaged together in thin plastic sleeves for protection. I will do my best to ship orders within 1-3 days after purchase. If your product arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact me—I will be happy to replace it free of charge.
