Current Shipping Info (2023):
Due to the current USPS lag time, we will try to ship about 1 week prior to your date. However, we CANNOT guarantee arrival prior to any event date and orders will NOT be refunded due to late arrival. Once we hand over the package, the shipping time is out of our hands, unfortunately. Late cookies are still able to be eaten and enjoyed. In some severe cases, we may offer store credit for unreasonably late arrivals, at owner's discretion. Thanks!

NOTE: The initial shipping date you see on your order is the automatic date provided by Etsy. It is NOT your ship date, in most cases. Please disregard. Welcome to our online store! Storybook Bakery is a licensed and inspected home food manufacturer in Chesapeake, Virginia. We know that it's best to order local, but when you can't, know that your items come from a state inspected kitchen!!

We do not charge extra to change colors! If you see something in our store, but the color is wrong for your event, just put your color choice and event date in the personalization section!*

We do custom orders! If you don't see what you are looking for, don't fret! We can do most any shape or size. And if we can't buy a cookie cutter in your shape, we will just have to make our own!

Storybook Bakery has been providing from-scratch made to order desserts and treats to the Virginia area since 2011 and we are now able to share our delicious treats across the country!

We only use real butter and fresh ingredients in our products. Everything we make is from-scratch and custom made to order.

If you are local to Hampton Roads, VA, pick-up is available. You may still choose to have them shipped, as that may be cheaper than local delivery charges. If you would like to pick up, please message us for a custom listing to omit the shipping charges.
