So gorgeous! The additional gift was so unnecessary-I am a repeat customer and know you are a hard working beach girl and the slight delay was not a problem as your jewelry is well worth the wait!Thank You!

Angie made this delicate little necklace to my specifications and made it more lovely than I had pictured or imagined it would be. I love wearing it and telling people who made it and how!

About

Handmade jewelry inspired by Lake Michigan

Anyone that knows me will tell you, I am OBSESSED with beach glass! Everything about it fascinates me. I love the stories, history, science, weathering process, texture, colors, the chances of a piece washing up on the sand, and the chances of me walking by and spotting it before it gets swept back in... but mostly, I love the nostalgia a certain piece holds for the place it was picked up.

For years I would drop sandy handfuls of glass, fossils, feathers, and stones into jars where they would clutter my bookcase, collect dust, and usually tip over. Once my collection grew out of control, I started experimenting with wire wrapping, glass drilling, and metals. Today I migrate around the southern tip of Lake Michigan, living, working and beach-combing my way from Sawyer, MI to Chicago, IL.

All of my designs are made with genuine, wave tumbled, handpicked, freshwater beach glass that comes straight from the lake!

A portion of every sale goes to support the Alliance for the Great Lakes!

Happy hunting!

Angie began collecting rocks the day she was born. (Ok kidding... but pretty soon after, and I've always wanted to say this in a bio.) Convo me if there's a good rock show in your town! (And I mean rock and gem… not rock and roll.)
