Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Exchanges are ONLY accepted 14 days after shipping date AND if there was an error on our part. Be sure to read each listing very carefully and to check measurements, quantity, color, or other specifics.
Payment
We currently only accept payments through Paypal. Currently Sales Tax for California residents will be paid for by Strawberry Serenade.
Shipping
Strawberry Serenade currently only ships in the United States. For International Orders please email us separately at mailstrawberryserenade[at]gmail.com

Strawberry Serenade ships via USPS First Class postage. Shipping times depends upon your location, please contact me for specifics. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. Shipping transit time averages 5-8 business days in the continental U.S.

Packaging will be minimal to keep customer's shipping costs down. If you are interested in gift-wrapping either note us or email us.
