(1) Bei Kauf eines Artikels bestätigt der Käufer die AGB gelesen zu haben und diesen zuzustimmen.

(2) Die im Shop angegebenen Preise beinhalten nicht die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer oder sonstige Preisbestandteile, da der Verkäufer nach §19 UStG von der Umsatzsteuer befreit ist.

(3) Bis es zur Zahlung des Kaufpreises kommt, behalte ich mir das Eigentum an der Ware vor.

(4) Der Verkäufer hat seine vertragliche Verpflichtung erfüllt sobald dieser die Ware an den Transporteur (die Post) übergeben hat. Nach § 446 BGB geht die Gefahr eines Verlustes der Ware, zbsp wenn diese unterwegs verloren geht, dann an den Käufer.

The seller has fulfilled his contractual obligation as soon as he has handed over the goods to the carrier (the post office). According to § 446 BGB, the risk of loss of the goods, e.g. if the goods are lost in transit, is transferred to the buyer.
