I do have twin special needs boys that I love dearly and spend a lot of my time with, so please forgive me if I don't convo you back immediately. I do check my computer frequently, but I love spending my time with my children and creating. After all, I am an artist and mother at heart!! I do try to keep regular business hours, so please consider that and expect responses between 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday. On the weekends, I do my best to respond, though I am usually either out with my children or at art festivals, so expect a response Monday.

Returns and exchanges
As far as items that aren't what you wanted, I will gladly exchange or rework in an attempt to make it right as long as you are requesting what was listed for sale, within 14 days of post mark. I expect the best out of myself, so I hold myself to that standard. If the problem is my workmanship, I WILL make it right, within a reasonable amount of time.
While I hate to be absolute, due to previously unforeseen circumstances, I have had to institute some serious return and exchange policies. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or other attempts to please after 30 days beyond either date of post mark or date or purchase, whichever is further out.
If the problem was shipping, there isn't much I can do unless you want to pay to have me drive it to you.
If you do need to return an item, return shipping to me will be your responsibility, as I cannot make the decisions as to how you pack it, ship it, or who you choose to get it to me, which makes a huge difference in the cost. I will gladly issue a full refund for the items purchase price once I receive the item safely, assuming they are returned within the 30 days from purchase.
