Gift wrapping and packaging

I am more than happy to write your message in a card for the intended recipient & send it right to them!

In this specific case, the card will be mailed
to the recipient as regular mail.

I will use my own address as a return address, unless you include your own address in the order details, in the rare event it is returned to the sender by USPS.

why aren't bookmarks double sided?

great question!

there are two reasons for this:

1) the paper used for bookmarks—rives bfk—is mouldmade, meaning it has a front & back.
it is a subtle difference, but the front is smooth, whereas the back has a lightly visible mesh grain from the paper mold in which it was made. if you have good eyes, you maybe able to see it, or you may need a magnifying glass. the back is not meant for printing.

2) bookmarks are printed from carved blocks. the block is laid face-up, inked up, the paper is laid
on the ink block, & pressed down with either a manual press or hand baren in order to make an impression from the block, sometimes causing a indentation in the paper from the carved lines. this is natural, but makes the reverse side unusable.
