Returns and exchange details
****CANCELLATIONS***:

We do not accept any cancellations once the order is placed no matter what the reason! Cancelled trips are not a cancellation reason. If possible we might offer to replace an order with different items of the same value from the shop.

This also includes orders where the customer has chosen a wrong color etc. for their shirts (example: customer chose heather blue for a vneck shirt but this color is not available in a vneck shirt) and they still need to choose a different available option. We may prepare the design for the order already before seeing that the customer has ordered something that is not available. We cannot cover the cost of the work already done, this is the customer's job. The only exceptions are unforeseen events for pregnancy related sayings, if the shirt/shirts has/have not been made yet.

EXCHANGES:

We are so very happy to be able to offer so many different shirt styles, shirt colors, writings/designs, writing/design color options and sizes. In order for us to do so, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns because we very rarely sell the same combination (style, colors, size, etc) and therefore would in most cases not able to re-sell the shirt, while keeping our prices as low as possible for our customers without compromising quality.
We urge all customers to use all the given information in the listing and policies (size charts, description of product, etc.) to make an informed purchase in the right size, etc.

DO NOT SEND A SHIRT BACK TO US WITHOUT OUR OK TO DO SO!! Packages returned to us without prior authorization will not be opened, you will receive a listing you can purchase within 5 business days to have the package send back to you.

HOLIDAY THEMED ITEMS and SALE ITEMS:

All seasonal items and sale items are non exchangeable at any time.

REFUNDS and OOPSIES

If we made a mistake, we apologize and we will work diligently with you to get the correct product to you as soon as possible. However, we are unable to refund you for the order or any shipping charges, even if your event has passed. We cannot urge you enough to order in plenty of time to account for any human error.
Please inspect your package immediately after receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and it looks like your order might be damaged or stained as well, please do not open the package but go to your local post office with it to file a claim.
Please do not wear or wash the incorrect or damaged item, if you want a replacement since we may ask you to ship the item back with a pre-paid label we will provide.

In order to claim a replacement from us, follow these steps:

1) Send us a very clear picture of the damaged or wrongly sent item within 3 business days after receiving your package. After 3 business days we can no longer send out a replacement since the item could have been worn, washed and damaged in the process, no exceptions!

2) Once we review the pictures, we will ask for further information if needed, ask you to return the item(s) in question within 5 business days (before sending a new one) or just send out a new one if there are no questions.
Please do not request a replacement for items that have clearly been damaged by opening the package with scissors or have a stain that is so obvious, that it would not have been overlooked by our production/packaging team. We can identify damages quite well and it is not in our interest to refuse a replacement if we are at fault, but we will not replace products that have been damaged after they left our shop.


PRESS MARKS ON PRODUCTS:

Our production process often involves a professional grade heat press which can leave a mark or line where the shirt has been pressed. This is a completely normal result of the professional process we use and we do not replace items or return them due to this.

COLOR VARIATIONS:

Even though we try our best to provide a picture that is as close as possible to the original, some shirt and writing colors might look a little different on your screen than it does on ours. This can happen and is no reason to claim a replacement or refund. Online shopping calls for some flexibility in color variation, etc. received.
Neon colors especially cannot be captured as vibrantly as they may be in person, even by professional photographers we work with, but we expect our customers to know that when they order a "neon" color, it will be very vibrant!

MISSING INFORMATION IN ORDER:
We cannot stress enough how important it is for our customers to read the listing information and give us all the information needed for us to complete an order (shirt style, size, shirt color, design wanted and other information in many cases).
We reserve the right after contacting the customer and not hearing back for several days, to send what is seen in the first picture of the listing (or some variation of this depending on the information given by the customer).
We offer many options and cannot wait weeks for some customers to get back to us with a missing shirt or design color and therefore we have to at some point send out the product as seen in the picture.

DESIGN VARIATIONS:
We reserve the right to make the actual designs different than what you see in the picture. Proportions, sizing and fonts might be a bit different however the overall look of a design will always be very similar.

CHANGES TO ORDERS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED:

We receive numerous requests to change sizes, colors, etc. after an order has already been placed. While we do our very best to accommodate any changes, we cannot be held responsible if we agreed to a change via message and then sent you the item you had originally purchased, since on rare occasion, our notes can be deleted from your order or our team can overlook these changes made to an order when printing hundreds of shirts a day.
Please do your best to place the order correctly from the start to avoid being sent the item with the information you originally entered at checkout.
Payment
We accept Paypal, as well as all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards. All payments need to be received before we start working on your fabulous goodies.
For privacy and security reasons we do not have access to your payment information. If you wish to add to or upgrade your order, you will receive a link to a listing via the Etsy messaging system which you would have to purchase since we cannot charge your credit card.
Shipping
IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please make sure to CHECK YOUR ETSY MESSAGES FREQUENTLY after you placed an order until you receive your package in case we have a question regarding your order! Do NOT email us, we cannot reply to email messages. The use of the Etsy messaging system is very easy and convenient and you can always expect a timely reply during business days/hours Mon. - Fri.

TURN-AROUND TIME:

Our current processing time right now because of extra precautions due to COVID19 and therefore limited personnel is about 5-6 (in a few cases +2 ) business days, however, during pre-holiday seasons or before special events like Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day etc. it can take a up to 3 BUSINESS days longer. The same is the case for customized orders. Even though we do our best to ship your order as fast as possible, please keep in mind that the "scheduled to ship" date on your order receipt and in Etsy is only an estimate not a binding date.
Please always read our shop announcements to see deadlines for holiday shirts, in order to receive them in time.
Should you order after the listed dates and you did not message us we will send the orders out with the shipping method you paid for, even though they might not arrive in time for the specific holiday.

Important: If you have a NEED-BY-DATE, please message us after placing your order and we will do everything in our power to get your goodies out on time. Putting this in the order notes or purchasing expedited shipping is not sufficient! Do NOT send emails!

SHIPPING:

If you wish to upgrade shipping or purchase shipping insurance, please message us immediately, since your package might be ready to ship earlier, and we will send you a link to purchase the upgrade or insurance.

Most of our packages are shipped with USPS First Class.

Shipping times within the US according to USPS information (not including processing times):

First Class: 3-6 business days (not guaranteed)
Priority Mail: 3-4 business days (not guaranteed)
Express Mail: 1-2 business days

Due to time restraints we do not always send a tracking number, however, feel free to message us and we will gladly send it to you.


LIABILITY:

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. You do have the option to purchase insurance (see "SHIPPING"). All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.

INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE INPUT OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:

If you entered a wrong shipping address when ordering or you forgot to note your apt. no. at checkout and you contact us immediately after placing the order via Etsy messaging, our customer service will do their best to inform the shipping team about the changes. We will do our best to accommodate that change, however we cannot guarantee it.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience, lost package, delays or extra charges that might apply for you to get the package to the new address. We really do our best to honor a change of address request but we need to trust our customers to know their correct address and input it correctly in the checkout process. If a package is returned to us, we will send you a link to purchase re-shipping to the correct address. If you fail to do so within 5 business days after we informed you about the returned package, your item/s will be donated to a charitable cause. Please make sure to double check your address including apartment number if applicable and your zip code.
Additional policies and FAQs
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

You should always follow the care instructions in the garment, however, we in addition recommend to turn your goodies inside out.

RAW EDGE (SWEAT)SHIRTS :

Since the neck is cut by us in house, the opening of the neck cutout can vary from one sweatshirt to the next. Yay for handmade <3

VARIATION IN SHIRT COLORS:

While we do our best to make sure that the colors of shirts match if there is a group order of the same shirt style and color, we cannot guarantee this since we have to rely on our suppliers who sometimes dye shirts in different batches and therefore they can vary slightly in shade and tone of a specific color.
Also note that the shirt color can be slightly different, depending lighting, your monitor settings and other factors. This is no reason for a return or refund.

NO ORDER DETAILS:

If you do not select options from the drop down menu or put them in the notes at checkout, you will receive the color combo seen in the first picture of each listing.

NEED BY DATE THAT REQUIRES EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you purchased a listing with a need-by date which cannot be met with the shipping method you paid for, we will send you a listing to purchase upgraded shipping the same day. Should you not get back to us until 4 pm CT that same day, we will ship your order with the shipping method you paid for.

ORDERS OF LARGER QUANTITY:

If you are interested in a group purchase (15 or more of the same item for marathon running groups, charity walks, etc.) then please message me for additional info.

SIZING INFORMATION:

We pull all measurement charts from the manufacturer of the items.
Variations anywhere from 0.5 to 2 inches when the garment is laying flat are acceptable within manufacturer guidelines.

Any sizing advice we give you through messaging is purely based on previous experience and the information you provide about yourself to us. We cannot guarantee that the size we recommend will be the one that fits you best.

PHOTOGRAPHING CUSTOM ORDERS:

I reserve the right to photograph and sell all custom designs purchased in my shop unless you explicitly tell me that you do not want this.
