Stubforge - Forging the most realistic ticket stubs money can buy!

My wife and I have been to over 500 concerts, and 6 heavy metal cruises collectively and we love to keep our ticket stubs. If you are like us, you may have noticed how hard it can be to always get a physical ticket, especially when you buy at the door or only print-at-home options are available. Sometimes tickets fade, get damaged, or you just lose them!

Enter Stubforge!
I wanted a way to get the most realistic replacement tickets possible to complete our collection and fill the holes in our binders. I did the research, made many calls, bought a ticket printing machine, ordered custom ticket stock, and wrote software to properly format, customize and print the most realistic looking tickets possible.

Our tickets are printed on the same stock that Ticketmaster tickets are printed on. The design is close enough that at a glance you wouldn't even realize it wasn't the real thing.

We want to help fans all over the world fill the gaps in their collections as well as have fun with novelty tickets that look as good as the real thing!

I wanted to make the most realistic memorabilia tickets possible to replace those tickets I couldn't get because I bought at the door or they were digital only. This lead me to founding Stubforge.

Frequently asked questions
Can I pick up locally?

Yes, if you happen to be in the Waterloo region! Note that I do not have a physical shop or store front, so you must arrange a date/time to pick it up from me at my home.

I haven't gotten my tickets yet and Etsy said I should have them by now!

If you selected any free shipping option, your item will be shipped out via regular lettermail, meaning an envelope and a stamp, and it will be untracked with no delivery estimate or guarantee, despite what Etsy may tell you when you check out.

We've found that in North America it can take 2-6 weeks for a letter to arrive during the Pandemic. Sometimes it comes really fast, other times you'd think it was lost until it appears the next day.

International orders can potentially take longer than this. so plan far in the future if you need your items by a certain date, or upgrade your shipping to a faster and tracked option.

North American shipments aren't considered lost until after 6 weeks, and International shipments after 8 weeks.

Where is my tracking number?

If you ordered the free shipping option, you don't get a tracking number. You need to upgrade your shipping option at checkout in order to receive one. This is mentioned in each product description as well as in a picture on the listing, hopefully you saw one of those before you ordered!

If you ordered the free shipping option your item is being shipped out in an envelope with a stamp, just like how you get birthday and christmas cards in the mail.

Why don't you get a tracking number? Here in Canada, tracking is quite expensive, and outside of the US it's not common to get. Canada Post will charge around $12 for this on your $6 ticket, so you can upgrade if you wish, but I cannot offer it for free obviously with those economics!
