We do not make money off of the shipping charges, so the shipping fee is accurate and current. The Post Office have increased their fees.

Due to global shipping supply chain issues, your order can take up to 48 days. And the average day is between 10and 23 days. We also can custom make any of our fashion apparel products too. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can make it for you! You can even give us your own designs and we can make it into anything in our shop! We also custom make all of our digital products. If you have a design that you want to be made into anything that we offer, please send us a message and a sample picture of your design and we will let you know if it can be done.

STANDARD SHIPPING TO ALL USA & INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS:
All of our items are handmade and so please allow us some time to make the items for you.
Processing time is between 7-48 days (this includes shipping time). During the Holidays season starting October 15th, please allow extra time for shipping because the post office have many packages to process. Custom orders also please allow an extra week for making time. Tracking now available to USA & International locations (whenever available by the post office. Some locations to Europe excludes tracking). We guarantee a delivery to all USA and International orders. If tracking shows that your package is delivered, we won't be able to file an insurance claim, sorry that is the insurance's rule. Lost packages, please allow 60 days past ship date and we we will ship you a replacement. Damaged orders, contact us with any pictures and evidence and we can ship you a replacement.

I DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON THE SHIPPING CHARGES.
Shipping fees includes costs of packaging materials, shipping cost, and all fees that Etsy and Paypal charges for the shipping fee. Yes, they actually charge a commission on the shipping cost.
If you purchase multiple items in your order, sometimes you will receive multiple packages and your items may arrive at different times. If this is relevant to your order, you will receive an email with all of the tracking numbers (if available) and shipping information.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me FIRST before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Most problems can be resolved if you contact me first. If you do not contact me first, we will not be able to do business in the future because I do not want any problem with a customer that I cannot make happy.
Remember, I do not control the post office. So if your package is lost, delayed, missing tracking updates, please be patience with me while I help you to track down your package. And if your package is lost or damage (pictures or lost tracking must be present for insurance claims), I can send you a replacement package.
