Even though we are open there are some changes due to the covid-19 pandemic: We are only shipping orders at this time--local pick-up is not available at this time nor shop visits or local onsite meetings and installations. We are unable to expedite any orders (do rush orders) at this time as well. And we are only shipping to the United States at this time. And please be patient about receiving your order--many things including the transit times of shipping companies are not normal and can take longer. Thank you for your patience and support during these uncertain times!
Everything we make is made to order and/or custom--these take time to make. We do not rush any orders at any time for any reason. Please give time for your order to be made--every item has a production time and delivery time window.

As you can see, I ordered it in Ocean Blue and hung it horizontally. It arrived exactly when they estimated and the packaging was superb. I also received a little bonus with it. Thank you!

MODA INDUSTRIA | MI DESIGN STORE offers distinct creations all designed and made 100% in-house in our Bloomington, IN production shop.
MODA INDUSTRIA | MI DESIGN STORE is a team of artists and designers lead by owner and designer, Lucia Bennett and her fabulous dog Rona. Lucia is a long-time Bloomington resident and Indiana University Fine Arts graduate.
The dominant technology behind MODA INDUSTRIA is abrasive waterjet. MODA INDUSTRIA came to life in 2010 when Lucia began selling her original waterjet cut décor and fashion designs on Etsy. Since then, MODA INDUSTRIA has rapidly grown and expanded with two additional e-commerce websites and has become the awesome destination for modern and unique artwork in powder coated aluminum, stainless steel and steel, and custom house number signs. Hundreds of additional products are available at our websites.
Beginning April 30, 2021 all house numbers signs and all other types of signs will be available thru our websites only. This store will be devoted to artwork only.
Everything we make is made to order. Each item on our website has a production time on it. Please allow time for your custom item to be made.

Please measure the area where you want to install your artwork BEFORE you place an order. And if you have a question about a color or finish or anything else--CONTACT US first before placing an order.
Orders can not be cancelled after 1 hour of placing an order--NO EXCEPTIONS!

ALL artwork is final sale--no returns, refunds or exchanges.
ALL special orders are final sale--no returns, refunds or exchanges.
ALL powder coated items are final sale--no returns, refunds or exchanges.
If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us immediately to file a damage claim with UPS or USPS or freight service. You must report any damage within 24 hours of receiving an item. A claim can not be made after that.
If we have made an error in the order (wrong color, wrong number) we will repair or replace it depending on what is necessary.

Delivery times will vary piece to piece. All items are meticulously packed to ensure optimum quality of your purchased work.
All items are shipped through UPS and Priority Mail.
**Expedited/Rush orders. We are unable to expedite any orders at this time.
Very rarely items have damage from shipping. Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your shipment) and please do not attempt to fix anything unless we specify to do so. We insure all our made to order/custom order shipments.
Items listed with free US shipping are for the contiguous United States only. Please convo for other rates.
We currently only ship to the U.S. due to ongoing global pandemic.

***Will I receive a design proof automatically when I order a sign or mailbox?
No. If you would like to see what a sign or mailbox will look like you MUST request one prior to ordering. No exceptions. If it is a Special Order then it'll depend on the design and order--each is different.

No, orders are sent directly into production and questions and requests for proofs will be ignored. About hardware: The screw-mount style signs and wall art come with stainless or matching powder coated screws. The screws and the holes on the signs and artwork are meant to be a very tight -fit. The screws are meant to "bite" into the metal as they are being mounted. The tight fit keeps the metal secure and lessens the amount of movement and rattling of the piece (like when a door slams, large truck driving by etc.). If you don't want the screws to be a tight fit, you can enlarge the holes with a drill.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Convo us for a special order for custom signage. We only work with our own artwork however.
WHEN PLACING AN ORDER:
If you have questions about an item you are ordering, send us a message first before placing your order. Do not leave questions on the notes section of your order. Questions will not be answered if they are there. The notes section of your order is only for providing information about the item you are ordering (house numbers, sign text, etc.). If an item requires special instructions or any type of changes and/or additions to a standard design, this request MUST be made prior to your purchase and must be approved first. And will require a special order to be set-up and additional charges may occur as well depending on the situation.
