Everything you see has been carefully handcrafted by me in my pet free/smoke free sewing studio. I take pride in the quality of each piece I create and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I encourage you to read my shop policies below before ordering. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, as I am happy to answer your questions.


Family time is important to me, which is how I spend my evenings and weekends. I will reply to all messages as soon as possible during the work week.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept direct credit card payments through Etsy or PayPal.

Both methods allow you a quick and secure way to send a payment and allow me to get your items shipped to you faster than conventional payment methods.

WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENTS: I am required by law to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to a Washington State address and this includes collecting tax on the shipping costs. Please contact me PRIOR to purchase with your shipping address and zip code so you are charged the correct tax rate.

Payments must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Should a payment not be received within 24 hours, unfortunately your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically ship within 3-7 business days of cleared payment (Monday-Friday, Excluding Holidays), unless I have posted something different on my shop banner or with the customer directly. I will contact you should a delay arise.

DELIVERY:
Please know, I have no control over your parcel or its delivery once I drop off your order at the U.S. Post Office. I am not responsible if your order is not delivered within a certain time period or if it is not delivered at all. UPGRADING YOUR SHIPPING OPTION TO PRIORITY MAIL IS RECOMMENDED, but this does not add any guarantees.

If you need your order 'delivered' quickly, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO PURCHASE THE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING OPTION UPGRADE. (Upgrading to Priority Mail does not mean your order will be processed faster, only that the Postal Service is suppose to deliver it faster. Contact me for pricing on 'Rush Orders'.)

The U.S. Postal Service can be extremely unpredictable and may sometimes take several weeks to deliver a First Class package. One order I shipped via First Class took 2 weeks to arrive on the East Coast and was originally delivered to the wrong post office 200 miles away from delivery address. Priority Mail has an ESTIMATED 3-4 day delivery time, but the post office DOES NOT GUARANTEE that delivery time. Overall, I have had much better luck with Priority Mail deliveries.

PARCELS THAT SHOW THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED:
Please remember that once I drop off an order at the U.S. Post Office, I no longer have any control of that parcel or its delivery. It is completely out of my control and becomes the sole responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service. If your parcel says that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, you will have to contact your local Postal Service for assistance. They scan and track packages once the packages are in their possession. Please understand, I am not responsible for replacing items or refunding the cost of those items that say they have been delivered to the address provided, but in fact were not.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International delivery times vary greatly and can take up to 6-7 weeks. I am not responsible for parcels that never arrive at the shipping address provided to me.

Please remember that once I drop off an order at the U.S. Post Office, I no longer have any control of that parcel or its delivery. It is completely out of my control and becomes the sole responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service until it leaves American soil. Once it reaches a foreign country, it becomes the responsibility of that country's postal service and tracking options pretty much become non-existent. I am not responsible for replacing items or refunding the cost of those items that are not delivered to the foreign address provided.

My international shipping charges cover only the shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, import fees, customs charges and so on, that may be incurred.

Please contact me for a quote, prior to purchase, if you prefer a different shipping method or want to add insurance or delivery confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please feel free to contact me if you are displeased with your purchase. I will do what I can to resolve any concern as I want you to truly enjoy shopping with Studio Kelly, LLC.

Please know, I am very careful and do my best to ship items so they arrive to you safely. You may request to add insurance to your package prior to purchase or upgrade to Priority Mail. Items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the buyer.

* Due to health and hygiene issues, I do not exchange Boo Boo Bags, Flax Eye Pillows or any of the Flax Hot/Cold Therapy Wraps. I am also not responsible for replacing or refunding the cost of any of the flax products (Boo Boo Bags, Flax Eye Pillows, or any of the Flax Hot/Cold Therapy Wraps) that may get scorched or burned while heating them.
