Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Payment
PayPal is the accepted method of payment.
Payment must be made within 3 days of a sale. Non payment cases will be turned over to Etsy who will void the incomplete transaction.
Shipping
If you for some reason did not receive an item, please email or convo me as soon as possible the order information (your buyer email, invoice/order#, etc), so that I can check on the shipment with the USPS, etc., so that we can resolve the situation. We understand how disappointing it is to receive your items damaged. It is our responsibility to make sure your order is complete and perfect prior to it leaving our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver your package to you. Since we have no control of your order once it leaves our shop we currently offer an insurance option that can be purchased separately by convoing us. The USPS insurance option is 18% of the declared value. We encourage you to purchase the insurance option. Purchasing this option gives you the ability to make a claim with the USPS and arrange to have your money refunded from the USPS if your package is damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. Please understand that without this insurance the postal service will not process any claims.

Please make sure your address with PayPal is current. If the shipping address entered through Etsy does not match the PayPal address you have on file with them, we will contact you to verify which of the two addresses you would like your package mailed to. We are not held liable for package delay due to the time it takes for address verification.

If you want your item shipped to another address contact us immediately after payment is made stating the alternate address where you want the parcel delivered.

Most often packages are mailed out within 1-3 business days after payment is received. It may take longer during peak seasons, such as the holidays.
We use USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail, but contact us if you need rushed delivery and we'll choose the shipping method that works best for you.

We will not be held responsible for international orders that have taxes, fees, or duties levied upon them.
