Thank you very much! Professional looking product, and beautiful packaging. The free gift was very sweet, since I bought this pendant as a gift for a close friend - now I can have the same image hanging on my purse or keys. :) Delivery was very prompt(actually, it was to my billing address rather than the shipping address, but fortunately, I haven't left for the holiday yet - so it's all good).

Would you rather use a 100% natural detergent that is hypoallergenic, safe on fine fabrics, super easy on the environment, and costs less than most major detergents? This is exactly what these little shells are! These shells have been used overseas for centuries to clean laundry, dishes, and even the body! This detergent:

· Is hypoallergenic - people with skin allergies and sensitivities can use this product (safe for people with nut allergies - soapnuts are not botanically related to the nut family),

· Is also safe for linen, silk, and wool, and

· Reduces the amount of toxins that are produced both inside and outside of the home.

Soapnuts (also referred to as washnuts, soapberries, or Reetha) are the fruit of the Chinese Soapberry Tree. The fruit is harvested from the tree and the seed is separated from its outer skin. This skin is dried in the sun and becomes hard like a shell. It is within this skin, or shell, that the soapnut holds its valuable saponin. Saponin acts as a natural water surfactant to reduce water tension and release dirt and grime. Don’t be alarmed by the absence of suds as your laundry washes. Remember, this product does not contain the chemicals in commercial laundry detergent that make large amounts of suds. For this very reason, soapnuts can be used in front-loading high efficiency washers.

Soapnut shells are extremely easy to use, but powdered soapnuts are even easier and even more versatile!

· Use like traditional commercial powdered detergents – just toss into your wash load

· Make a paste from the powder and gently rub on the skin as a mild cleanser/exfoliate

· Add to warm water to make a liquid detergent.

· · Use this liquid in your dishwasher (add vinegar to the rinsing agent dispenser for extra all-natural cleaning power)

· · Spray this solution on your plants for a healthy alternative to harsh chemical pesticides

· · Apply this solution to the skin or to animal fur as a pesticide

· · Use as an anti-dandruff shampoo

· · Use this liquid detergent as an all-purpose cleanser to wash hands, cars, floors, etc.

*Soapnuts are NOT intended for consumption.
