Payment
Ahhh, yes. Payment. Well, ideally, I prefer payment via Paypal. If you must pay by check, however, please let me know BEFORE purchase. Also, with checks, I don't ship until payment is received and the funds have cleared. In general, payment is expected within 24 hours for items in stock. If you need to make other arrangements please let me know BEFORE the time of checkout/purchase via convo- for example you place an order on Wednesday but get paid on Friday. All orders are processed within 24 hours of cleared payment, so if you change your mind, please do so within this 24 hour period.
Shipping
To protect both of us, everything is shipped with some form of tracking and insurance. If you choose not to have the package insured or decide to forgo shipping confirmation, I am not responsible for items lost in the mail, acts of God, Mother Nature, etc. International customers must pay for all customs charges where applicable. I will visit the Post Office over the weekend, and orders are shipped the following day unless there is a holiday, crazy snow storm, or something out of my control as a human. Robots and Droids are another story ;-)
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy! For that reason, images are of the exact item you are purchasing. Body products are non-returnable (I think the reasons are obvious here), but I do list ingredients to curtail any potential allergic reactions (nuts, soy, gluten, etc.). If you would like additional photos, please Convo me and I'll gladly send you more photos or additional information. For custom/bespoke orders, my design process is extremely detailed to ensure proper sizing/fit/specifications. Custom orders and one-of-a-kind designs are also non-returnable and non-refundable. For additional return policies please feel free to contact me and I can further discuss policies and procedures in the event of an unusual circumstance.
Additional policies and FAQs
Wholesale inquiries are always welcome! I prefer to make a limited amount of units per design to maintain exclusivity with the exception of special circumstances such as rosaries, bridal party jewelry (and similar items) and retailers with multiple stores who are interested in presenting a cohesive group of merchandise among the various store locations. I approach wholesale orders on an individual basis, and we will discuss this further during the design process and come to an agreement that meets both your needs/desires as well as a timeline. No matter what, you will be adding beautifully handcrafted work to your collection. Please send an email through the contact section with “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line for more information.

Custom orders are available upon request for my handcrafted original jewelry designs (I can only fabricate jewelry when I have access to a studio, so please let me know & I'll refer you to another artist if I do not have access to a studio at that time). I also create custom handwoven fiber art, fabric, handbags, etc. Just specify the colors and the occasion and we can work together on your custom design tailored to your personal style.
