An Artisan's Journey

My name is mother's choice, from the Russian romance novel she was reading while I came to be.
I've got a fiery Irish spirit from my father's side, and a wanderlust from my mother's- whose parents escaped Russia during the 1940's and travelled to America to start a new life. The Ukrainian in me is a bit of a gypsy, and that shows in the eclectic styles I put forth in my art and jewelry.

The things I make are influenced by my life's journey, and I want to share that with you. I enjoy travel and reading and studying about far away places. I've visited Mexico, Canada, Italy and Ireland, and I've lived all over the USA- up and down, both coasts and Texas!

I work with Ilysa Ginsburg... and we create a podcast and host an online creative community. We have been published by F&W Media. Our book, Polymer Clay Art Jewelry, can be purchased on Amazon at this link!

The most recent project we've taken on is Polymer Clay Adventure, which is the first and only online virtual retreat for polymer clay enthusiasts. We envisioned a collaboration and collection of teachers and classes that could be accessed from anywhere in the world, bringing together teachers and students from all over. So far over 1,000 people are attending This year we will expand and offer not one but three online retreats! Stay tuned for Art Jewelry Adventure and Quilted Adventure.

I'm a bit of a Geek, teaching myself such things as Adobe products, Wordpress, Video editing and Podcasting. There's a feature on the Etsy Blog about the podcast here:

I strive to create exquisitely crafted little gems of art full of texture, layers, color and bling. I have been working with polymer clay, sculpture and crafts since I was very young. Mom was a crafter, and my first job was working as a slip and mold girl at a local ceramic shop. I went on to a degree in Art Education and careers in Teaching, Marketing and Design. Currently I podcast at PolymerClayTV and am part of the leadership team at Adventure Art Retreats!

Money orders accepted from US customers, paypal and direct checkout preferred.
All items securely shipped via First Class Mail in boxes inside an envelope, with your artwork/adornment gift-wrapped. I try to reuse and recycle shipping materials as much as possible.
*** Due to some items getting lost in the mail, causing me to have some "interesting" feedback, I now ship all USA orders with a tracking number. This costs a few cents more, but allows me to know where the package is and when it gets delivered.

International mail is shipped at regular global rates, unless rush shipping is requested and paid for.
*** Please note that International Shipping Rates have recently increased dramatically! It's kinda ridiculous. I shipped a tiny, 3 oz pair of earrings to Canada and it cost $6.55 when it used to cost only $2.30. I'm so sorry, but the shipping rates do reflect my actual costs and I am in no way trying to collect "extra" shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds given on purchase price only, not including shipping, only on unused, undamaged items returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for more pictures or clarification prior to shipping if you need more info to make a decision. Thanks!
Additional policies and FAQs
