Christmas 2022 Shipping

We encourage you to place Christmas orders as soon as you can to ensure they arrive to you or your loved ones in time! Whilst we can not guarantee pre-Christmas delivery after a certain date, we are following the Australia Post Christmas Lodgement Timelines and these are:
For Regular Australia Post, orders must be placed by 5pm AEST Tuesday 14th Dec
For Express Shipping, orders must be placed by 5pm AEST Monday 19th Dec

Product Variations

Please note that products that include natural stones and freshwater pearls may vary slightly from the image. This is due to each piece being unique and natural.

Damaged & Faulty Goods

In the unlikely situation that your piece has arrived damaged or not representative of the item chosen on the website, studio blanca will happily replace or refund your order. Please contact hello@studioblanca.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order. Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof - please attach to your email. Please retain original packaging, as this is the best method to return items to us upon instruction. In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. Please note gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.

Payment Options

studio blanca accepts payment by Credit Card, Stripe, AfterPay and PayPal. Payment is required before an order can be processed.

Shipping Guarantees

studio blanca is not responsible for any delays carried out by the service provider. Whilst your order will always be processed swiftly by studio blanca, please note delays in regards to shipping may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions, COVID restrictions and/or over the busy Christmas period and public holidays.

Promotions and Sales

Promotions, discounts and special offers are only valid for the advertised dates and times. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times. Unless specified, promotions do not apply to purchase of a gift voucher or pre-order items and are only available while stocks last.

If a discount code is supplied, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received.

Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to shipping, GST or duties unless otherwise specified. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.

For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item. studio blanca can extend or terminate a promotion at any time.
