4 out of 5 starsBag was nice, I adjusted the pattern a bit. I didn’t care for the “ tuck” at the bottom. It looked like a sewing mistake to me. But overall, bag is fine.

5 out of 5 starsHonestly I’m still sewing it but it’s super cute. I did get stuck in one place and emailed the maker late at night. She responded the very next day and even made me a video to help explain. Amazing customer service! Just wow and thank you!

4 out of 5 starsThe instructions needs to be clearer. More pictures with explanations and pictures all on the same side with the explanation beside them. The pictures were all over and often times I wasn't sure which one went with which explanation. Also, there is different sewing allowances on the pieces and had to go back to the pattern pieces to see what is the sewing allowance . Should write it in the instructions. It's the first time I make a bag, I usually do clothing, and I had to re-read the instructions several times.

4 out of 5 starsMaking the 4 panels was good. However, I couldn’t understand the pattern much and had to contact the designer. She was quite helpful. I would call myself an Advanced Beginner. I had trouble with putting it all together with the zip. I would recommend this pattern for an intermediate sewist. Tip: Do not interface the card slots or they won’t work out correctly.

Owner, Maker, Designer
I love to sew. I started documenting the process in 2006 when I wrote my first sewing pattern as part of applying for a patent. I love it when people use my patterns to start (or augment) their own sewing business. I design and make everything here.
