I opened this shop because I love that Etsy, as a global marketplace, introduces people from all around the world to beautiful, one-of-a-kind, and always individual art in its many forms. I believe that when you buy directly from an artist, you’re not only buying an original piece of art, but you’re buying a story. Someone has imagined, captured, and created an image as only they could have. It is a reflection of who they are, and you get to take a piece of them home with you.

Welcome to my shop! I am the sole photographer of the pieces that you see here. My work is an eclectic collection of architectural photography, abstract photography, surreal photography, nature photography, and landscape photography.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs and/or Etsy selling fees that my be incurred) for up to 14 days after you have received your order.

Details:
-The buyer will be responsible for returning the piece and all shipping costs.
-The buyer is responsible for insuring return shipment.
-To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the returned piece must be received by me in original condition.

Please note that this Refund Policy is applicable only to the artwork purchased as "Currently Available" and not to "Custom Work". There is no return or exchange for custom made artwork. Note too, that all sales of digital items are final. Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for digital Items.


DAMAGES:
Canvases will be carefully packed and insured during transit to cover any damage or non-delivery.The Buyer must check all deliveries upon arrival. If the Artwork is damaged, the Buyer must inform me immediately so that an insurance claim can be submitted and to arrange a refund or replacement.
Payment
I accept payments via:

Payment is expected in full at time of purchase.
Shipping
All of my prints are carefully packaged and shipped in a sturdy mailer so that they will arrive in perfect condition.

Packaging:

All of my canvases are shipped stretched, and are ready to hang. Your Canvas will be packaged carefully, and shipped in a secure box, ready to adorn your walls when you receive it! Canvases will be insured during transit to cover any damage or non-delivery. The Buyer must check all deliveries upon arrival. If the Artwork is damaged the buyer must inform me immediately so that an insurance claim can be submitted and to arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement.

All Prints up to 30x40 are carefully packaged, enclosed in a protective sleeve, and shipped within the United Stated and Canada in flat sturdy boxes so that they will arrive in perfect condition. Larger Prints may be shipped in flat boxes or art tubes, depending on postal regulations. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.

Special Orders: Custom orders are created as soon as your purchase is paid in full. Custom orders usually take 1-2 weeks to create and ship. I will contact you when your custom work has been created; and I will contact you again when your canvas has been shipped. Shipping transit time is generally 4 to 10 business days.

CUSTOMS CHARGES:

International orders may be shipped in flat boxes or in art tubes, depending on their size. Packages containing prints that are 8x10" or smaller are shipped as oversized lettermail and should not incur any customs charges. Larger items that are shipped internationally may incur additional fees, taxes, tarifs, duties, or customs charges. Since I cannot predict or calculate these charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, P.R. and U.S. Territories: add $5.00 to the shipping cost.

**Please note that these are only guidelines. Packages can sometimes take a bit longer to arrive under the following conditions: increased volume of mail around the holidays, delays at customs, and inclement weather. It can also take longer for packages to arrive in certain countries such as Australia and countries in Africa, Asia and South America. **
