Returns and exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom items.
We do allow exchanges on our limited edition line (sans shipping charges both ways) if the item is unused.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact me and we will do our best to work it out. After all, we want you to be a happy customer!
Payment
Shipping
We ship all domestic orders Priority Mail via USPS and include delivery confirmation and insurance. However, If you prefer another method, please contact me to discuss.
For international orders, please contact me with your info to discuss options.
Lead time:
For limited edition pillows, shipping will take place within 3-4 working days of order, oftentimes the next day!
For custom orders, shipping will occur as noted in quote
Additional policies and FAQs
As all items are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation there should be little to no problem with lost or damaged packages.
