Most items are made-to-order and all sales are final. Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for items ordered. However, we will assist in tracking lost packages.

Shipping
We ship to the address listed in your Etsy account. Most orders are shipped within 8-10 business days. Approximate delivery time is 2-6 business days. Package tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.
We are very careful to package items so that they arrive in excellent condition. We strive to provide cost-effective shipping using USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
Shipping may include a minimal packaging fee. We will refund excess shipping charges where applicable. Insurance can be requested at additional cost.
