Accepted payment methods

Payment
What methods of payment do you accept?
I can accept all electronic payments for the United States and international orders through Paypal.
Shipping
How will you send my order?

All international orders are sent out via standard airmail which is the most economical option. If you would like a tracking number for your order do get in touch as there will be an additional shipping charge for this.

Within the United States all items will be sent out 2nd class. Please get in touch should you require any quicker delivery or insurance.

Paintings on paper will be sealed in a cello bag and sent flat, in a boardbacked envelope.

Larger paintings will be sent with additional reinforcement to protect them from any possible damage in transit.

Larger pieces will be sent bubble wrapped and boxed if framed, or backed with cardboard and boxed if unframed.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please bear in mind that your order is shipping from the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages traveling internationally are currently moving very slowly due to increased security measures. If you are considering placing an order which is time sensitive do drop me a quick line in advance.

Your items will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. If for any reason there is likely to be a delay on shipping I will contact you as soon as I can to discuss your order.

Items cannot be shipped until your payment has cleared, please be aware of this if your order has any time constraints.

Within the U.S. you should expect to receive your items within 5 working days.

International customers should recieve their orders within 9-14 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your country's postal service, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters and whether your location is urban/rural - so please be patient.

Refunds and Exchanges
What is you returns/refund policy?
If for any reason you should be unhappy with your order please get in touch within 28 days to discuss the possibility of a return/refund. Your items must be returned in optimum re-saleable condition and not have been removed from the cello bag. If your returned item is not in acceptable condition your refund will be refused. Return shipping will not be paid for.

What happens if I don't receive my item?
Unfortunately, upon occasion, items do go missing in the post and I am not responsible for this.

If your item is doesn't arrive within 21 working days do let me know and I will provide you with all of the information I can for you to make a claim with your post office.

Do you invite custom orders?
If you have a particular size painting in mind or would like to discuss custom sized matting and framing please get in touch for a quote.

How often do you add new items to your shop?
New items are usually listed weekly every Sunday.
