If you do not love your Studio Finch purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item to receive a refund. A full refund (less the cost of shipping) will be given, once the item has been returned.

I currently only accept PayPal as method of payment. Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled and items will be relisted.

All orders will be shipped within 2 days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) of received payment, via USPS First Class. Delivery confirmation is included within the US. Upgraded shipping to Priority mail is available upon request. Please convo me for quote at time of payment.

International orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

If you wish for your piece to be insured, I am happy to do so, but an additional charge will apply. Please convo for quote at time of payment.

Chickadee coin purses will be shipped in a padded envelope. All other purses will ship in a secure box. If you are purchasing a coin purse and wish to have it shipped in a box, please convo me to make arrangements.
