All Handmade. By us. Eclectic, eccentric, creative art. Husband & wife creating together. Our Etsy shop is just a pinch of what we do.

We are eclectic in our creativity. You will find an expanding menagerie of our work here. Totally serendipitous. Creative recycling! Don't throw it away. Give it a new life.

We are married for 35+ years and just hitting our creative stride together.
He is a master carpenter and wood worker. Working in the wood shop is a fine day indeed! She is a master mess maker who is into bookbinding one day and assemblage the next. We are a happy, crafty, quirky and creative couple.

We choose not to narrow down our objects of creation to one type of thing. Instead we widen ourselves and create what makes us happy. Our hope is that it makes you happy too.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us!

If you are not happy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We must receive the item back within 14 days from delivery.
We will work with you on this....and make it right!!
NO refunds, returns or exchanges on custom orders OR Sale Items.

****Damaged Upon Deliver****
We package items for delivery carefully. If, however, an item is delivered damaged, we will require photos of the damaged item before a refund can be given and/or claim is opened with USPS. We will work with you on this.

****Lost or Damaged in Transit****
Refund or replacement will be issued after USPS has declared the package lost or damaged, which can take up to 30 days (or more). We follow USPS rules for collecting insurance on damage done in transit. We will work with you on this. We are not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address provided by buyer.

****Other Returns/Refunds****
Other than Custom orders or Sale items: NO worries! We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of sale. All returns must be in undamaged, unworn, unaltered condition and shipped in appropriate packaging. Returns will be refunded for the cost of the item upon return. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the return (aside from damaged in transit items) process.

We track our mailed packages on a daily basis to make sure we know immediately if items are off the target delivery date. We cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates. If a package appears lost we will do everything possible to help locate and get your package delivered. We have a good relationship with our local post office and they are often very helpful.

When you're placing an order, please check that your address on the order is correct, since that is the address where your package will be sent. Items will be shipped only after payment has cleared.

2018 - Etsy began automatically taking a cut of shipping/handling charges. We have had to increase our shipping costs from actual USPS charges.

Items ship from California, USA

Items listed as READY TO SHIP (not including custom/special orders). We try to ship same day, if the order comes in by 12 noon PST.

Items listed as MADE TO ORDER are created upon order. Usually shipped within one week of order. If you need your MADE TO ORDER item fast, message us!!! We can push your order through to have it done sooner and mailed within a week using Priority Mail. However, if you need expedited shipping (Priority Express Mail), please contact us for additional shipping cost.

We ship via USPS. We cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates. If you need to expedite, we do offer Priority Express shipping, in which USPS does guarantee a deliver date. Contact us with your zip code if you need Priority Express shipping on your order. We will calculate Priority Express cost and get back to you with shipping cost before you order.

If you would like postal insurance, please contact me before purchasing.
We may add extra insurance and signature confirmation to purchases that total $50 or more.

We mark our packages as shipped after our daily drop off at the local Postal Center. USPS picks up packages from there in the afternoon. Packages are scanned as Picked Up at the Postal Center, then transported to the local post office where they are scanned as Accepted and then sent on to their addressed destinations.

REDUCE. REUSE. RECYCLE. We often re-use packaging materials for shipping our items. We only use clean and sturdy materials. We always wrap your item with fresh material.

Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy and/or PayPal. Please check the address prior to submitting an order. Anything returned or lost due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees will not be refunded if is package is returned as un-deliverable or unclaimed. Buyer must provide correct address when making purchase. Packages lost or delivered to incorrect address are the responsibility of the buyer. If a purchase is made with an incomplete address, we will attempt to contact buyer for correct info. If no contact is made, transaction will be canceled and refunded.
