She was very nice about everything and helped me figure that out but when it comes done to it I didn't get the file until I changed it. I hope this gets fixed on the other end so people don't get confused later

What if I have problems with my file?
Please send me a message right away, and I'll be glad to help! I try to answer all customer messages within 24 hours.
Why don't you offer refunds?
Because digital files cannot be returned physically, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after you have downloaded your purchase.
However, I will be glad to work with you on whatever problem you are having when it comes to loading your file! I can even create a different file format if you realize your software does not work with the ones I include (DFX, EPS, JPG, PDF, SVG) in most cases.
