All items are non-returnable & non-refundable so please be certain of your decision to purchase an item before completing your transaction. I do my best to accurately describe and photograph each piece to ensure you receive exactly what you were expecting. If, however, something goes unexpectedly wrong and you receive an incorrect item or you believe the description to be drastically inaccurate please convo or email me within 3 days of receiving the item and I will do my best to remedy the situation.

If an item was damaged during shipping and you requested and paid for insurance on your package please convo or e-mail me before returning an item, items returned prior to contacting me will not be refunded. The damaged items must be returned in their original condition (tags attached and not worn) within 10 days. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and any other fees incurred during the purchase and return process. Once your preapproved return is received any refunds will be made MINUS all shipping costs within 3 business days.

*****ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS*****
International packages ship via USPS First Class. This service usually takes 6 to 10 days but can take several weeks. USPS DOES NOT offer tracking on international shipments. Once an international package has shipped first class I have no control over how long it takes the postal service to deliver it.

I am not willing to falsify customs forms by lowering the value of my items, or marking it as a "gift". Not only is this discouraged by Etsy, see here: http://www.etsy.com/blog/en/2010/shipping-how-to-custom-forms-duties-and-taxes
but it is also against US Federal International Mailing Regulations, see here: http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immc1_008.htm

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges any all other fees that may be incurred. Also please BEWARE that many of my pieces contain precious or semi-precious stones which some countries prohibit receiving through the mail. These items are clearly listed in the item description, so when ordering outside the United States please check your countries mailing rules before purchasing an item that will ship internationally as Studio K10 will not be responsible for replacing items or making monetary refunds for items confiscated in transit.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items in my shop are handcrafted by me so although some items may be similar no two can ever be exactly alike. The design photos are representative of my pieces; however, because computer monitors differ slightly in color the exact colors you see online may be slightly different in person.

Studio K10 is a new shop and is just me in my little studio working evenings and weekends. Please bear this in mind when making inquiries and/or purchases. I may not be able to respond to you immediately but every inquiry and purchase is important to me so I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Please remember feedback is permanent. If you have a problem with me or my products please convo me and give me a chance to fix the problem before leaving negative feedback. I want you to have a good experience in my shop and I will address any complaints and/or concerns promptly. I will also leave feedback for you soon after your purchase is shipped.

Like most artists I learned my talents by studying with more established artists and I still sometimes attend classes to broaden my skills. Therefore, you may occasionally see a piece that might mimic another artist’s works. In this case I will list the item, with the original artist’s consent, at a reduced rate from what the original artist sells his/her item for. This is out of respect for the original artist and you the customer – you should not be expected to pay the same price for something I basically copied than you would for an original artist’s piece.

Sterling silver and solid copper will tarnish if left out in the open. To preserve the condition of your findings, store in a plastic bag or use other means to prevent air exposure. Please treat your jewelry items with care. Polymer clay items can last a lifetime if treated with care but stones and polymer may break if they are dropped. If your item is broken, before calling it a reject go to www.youtube.com and enter “how to fix polymer clay”. Chances are you will be able to repair your item and enjoy it for years to come.
