Yes, I do. For ceramics and calendars I only send via tracked shipping to make sure your parcel doesn't get lost. For cards you can choose on your own. In your basket you will find the option to choose between standard delivery and tracked shipping. Note that tracked shipping costs more than regular shipping. If you want to be able to follow your order and get extra security I recommend choosing tracked shipping.

At the moment I just sell within the Netherlands and the European Union.

If you select tracked shipping during checkout I will dispatch your order with a tracking number that I will send to you. This way you can follow your package on its way to you. Please contact me if there are still issues with your package, so we can find a solution.

If you don't choose tracked shipping, I unfortunately can't track your package and I can't see if you received your order or not. Should your package get lost in this case please contact me, but also note that I am not liable for losses and there will be no refund.

If you live in Utrecht and want to save the sending costs you can write me a message before you place your order. Then we can see if it is possible and where and when to meet. Eventually I will also give you a discount code to get free delivery. After everything is arranged you can place your order as usually and add the code in your basket.
