Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I'm sorry I do not accept returns and refund. Please make sure the measurements are correct for you,
But if you have a problem with a purchase or you are completely unhappy and totally dissapointed, please contact me within 14 days of receipt.
Though all sales are final, I may accept some exceptions.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Payment
I accept credit/debit payments via PayPal.
You don't have to sign up with PayPal to pay by credit/debit card. All you need to do is follow the links to PayPal.

Please submit payment for your items within 3 business days.

CUSTOMS/DUTY: The BUYER will be responsible for any duties or customs fees imposed by your country. I am required by law to complete a customs declaration accurately when shipping internationally. Please check your country's laws before purchase. Thank you.
Shipping
I ship your items through Japan Post within 3 business days after I receive payment.
Insurance or express shipping are available upon request.

If your Etsy address and your Paypal address are not the same, please let me know the address to ship to, in the 'message to seller' at the checkout. I will ship to the Etsy address otherwise.

Lost in post I don't want this to ever happen, if it ever does, sorry it is out of my hands and cannot refund you in any way.
But I will do my best with the postage receipt/tracking number to help try and track it down.
