About KHDStickers
Beautiful planner stickers
It's hard to imagine but at one time StudioKylie nearly didn't happen! Why making too much mess!!!
Yep, mess is one of those things that happen when you create beautiful stickers, especially in the design and prototyping stage, when you're finding the perfect vinyl for stickers.
But fast forward to now, and KHDStickers creates beautiful vinyl stickers, that are repositionable your planner or bullet journal!
StudioKylie is run from a home studio in Sydney, where all the designing, printing, and packaging happens. With the constant companionship of my dog Minnie, and sometimes help from a wonderful husband and daughter.
Etsy was the launch place with digital designs in KHDigi over 8 years ago, and then Stickers with StudioKylie in 2015. Stickers are printed on-demand and on the way normally within a few days.
And the mess? That's pretty much gone now!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the order and before returning.
For custom and made-to-order items, refunds are not available, unless otherwise required by law.
Payment
Some countries may charge customs or import fees. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be charged by KHDStickers.
Shipping
Within Australia: Standard shipping is via Australia Post. Stickers are sent from Sydney - depending on your location, standard shipping is 2 - 10 business days.
Orders with one item only sent outside of Australia may be canceled and refunded.
Some countries may charge customs or import fees. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be charged by KHDStickers
Investigations into lost or missing mail can only commence at 28 working days after sending. Postage overages greater than AU$1 will be refunded.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Apart from Design Your Own listings, changes to any standard stickers or customs (apart from Design Your Owns) are between March - October only. Please contact us to discuss changes first.
What sticker paper do you use?
Repositionable vinyl stickers with a slight sheen. Vibrant colours with an ultra smooth finish.
What pens can I use?
Vinyl is a little different to regular paper. I've tested using lots of pens and the ones that work the best are regular ballpoint pens or an Ultra Fine Sharpie marker.
How long until I get my stickers?
Orders are generally ready to ship within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your order.
Within Australia: Standard shipping is via Australia Post. Express Post upgrades are available - this speeds up delivery from Australia Post, not the time to print and get your stickers to the post office! Stickers are sent from Sydney. All orders will receive a tracking number.
Everywhere Else: Stickers are sent with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number and tracking will sometimes take 3 business days to update.
> NZ - 7 days to 3 weeks
> USA & Canada - 2 - 4 weeks
> UK and Western Europe: 2 - 4 weeks
> Rest of World - 2 to 6 weeks
Monitor Colours
All monitors display colours differently and may look a little different in person.
Orders Outside of Australia
Orders with one item only sent outside of Australia may be cancelled and refunded.
