How soon can you ship out the item?
The current processing time is indicated under "Shipping & Policies" tab of the item page. If you need your item sooner, please contact us, we'd be happy to work with you.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! You will see expedited shipping options at the time of checkout. Our regular domestic shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days for delivery, Priority shipping about 1-3 business days, and Express about 1-2 business days. The delivery date is guaranteed ONLY for Express.
International shipments take anywhere between 10 days to 5 weeks, with the average of 2-3 weeks. This depends on how quickly customs of your country process packages, and neither the United postal service nor we have no control over their processing speed.
Who will be responsible for shipping fees for returns/exchanges?
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to and from our shop unless there was a mistake on our part.
How do I return/exchange items?
Please first contact us for a return/exchange authorization. Then, please securely package the item and send it with a delivery confirmation. We also strongly recommend an insurance as we will not be able to accept items lost or damaged in the mail.
I provided a wrong address at the checkout and didn't receive the item. Can you re-send the item?
Yes, if the package is returned to us by the mail carrier. However, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. However, if the package is lost permanently due to an incorrect address, no refunds will be issued. Please make sure that the address you provided is correct when placing an order.
I placed an order yesterday - can I cancel it?
Yes, as long as your package hasn't left our shop. Although we indicated the time frame of order cancellation as '1 hour,' we are happy to cancel your order as long as we receive the request before your order is shipped out.
