All holiday orders placed on or before DECEMBER 6TH, 2015, will be eligible for our FREE SHIPPING! Any orders placed between December 7-13th will need to purchase PRIORITY or RUSH SHIPPING depending on your location. How does shipping work?
We now offer FREE SHIPPING FOREVER!!! ALL ITEMS WILL SHIP 4-6 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE **Free shipping applies to US and some items to Canada***
In general we use USPS for all items, First Class shipping for both domestic (5-7 days shipping time) and international addresses (3-6 week shipping time). It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact us if you require an item by a deadline or to determine shipping times.

ADDITIONALLY, if you have multiple orders, we MAY choose to combine them to save on shipping costs. Please specify if you'd like the items shipped individually, or if it's a gift.

If YOU'RE PLANNING AN EVENT, please message us, so you will receive your item in time.

You are responsible for all local customs, VAT, and sales taxes on items. We cannot anticipate local taxes and fees globally. If you're unsure about this, you can contact your local post office for information about parcels from the US.

Australia has no additional customs or tax fees from the US in purchase amounts of less than $1,000.

If your item gets returned to us due to buyer error the buyer is responsible for purchasing additional shipping to have the item shipped to a new address and if you choose not to reship the item, you may not be eligible for a refund. If you make an error on your shipping address, we cannot refund you.

How do custom items work?
If you would like to customize or make slight changes to any of our preexisting designs, please contact us or purchase a custom item from our listing.

How do returns work?
Refunds and exchanges are available until your item ships. If you're anticipating a return, please do not remove items from their original packaging, including cardboard and plastic packaging.

Please also note that we do NOT offer returns on custom items that have been shipped. Also, we love to make you happy, and although our returns options are limited, please feel free to ask us anything. If a return is accepted, items must be returned in a sellable condition. Our current office hours are MONDAY-FRIDAY 9am to 5pm PST. We will get back to everyone ASAP in the order that their message was received. If it is urgent, please email us at the address below. We try answer each message within about 24 hours of receiving it, but sometimes we may take up to 72 hours to get back to you, especially on weekends.
