So Why the hell lamps?

Hi :)
My name is Re'em Eyal , and i am an Architect and a designer. I finished my Architecture studies in Bezalel, Academy for art and design, in Jerusalem.
So Why the hell lamps?
Well, it started a few years ago:
I used to make a cool lamp for a friend or for myself from local vintage materials I found in a flea market in Israel
Since I was studying a few months in the Bauhaus University, Weimar-Germany, vintage materials were all of a sudden available for me (there are plenty of flea markets in Germany, and Europe)

I decided that I am dedicating all of my free time to look for flea market around Germany, in purpose to find materials for this passion I have- designing and upcycling lamps.

I came back to Israel (after sending about 120 Killos of raw materials) and opened my studio. Well, it started at my parent's garage, but right after I finished my architecture studies- I opened my own studio.

These days I partly work in an architectural firm, and partly in my studio - keeping on doing what I love the most - working with my hands.

Your lovely lamp would be shipped within 2 business days By Express EMS insured carrier.
* Please state if you wish the item to be described as a 'gift' and not as a commercial item.
* Once the shipment is sent - I will provide you the tracking number.
* Shipping in Israel takes 3 working days, and to price we add TAX 18%.
* Shipping to Europe, Australia and Canada usually takes 10-14 business days.
* Shipping to the US takes 10-18 business days. But delays may occur due to "customs". I can not control these situations, but if your package will not arrive after
31 days, please contact me and we will solve it together.
* Best is to provide me your phone number, in order to coordinate delivery time.

- The lamps are made with high quality material and wrapped with great attention so you will receive your product exactly the way it left our workshop.
- There may be a slight difference, between the colors you see on your monitor to the product you will receive due to differences in screen quality.
- All the electrical parts used are under the Israeli standard.
- Highly recommend that the chandeliers would be installed by a professional electrician.
- These fixtures are made with new UL approved components, great attention to detail and the highest quality parts.
Made by hand in our workshop, each light is tested and inspected before being sent off to you. Everyone order includes a stamped "crafted on" date, giving you a truly one of a kind fixture.
- While we take great pride in the quality and safety of our fixtures they are NOT UL listed. They are considered ART Installations. These lights can be found in some of the greatest restaurants, bars, hotels, coffee shops and retail spaces across the globe. We cannot accept returns for custom commercial fixtures.
StudiORYX is not Liable for any damages caused by misuse of these products.
