Payment
We accept PayPal payment in US dollars. Your PayPal payment will be made to Patricia Hatmaker.

Postal Money orders or personal checks, are accepted for the amount of the invoice, payable to Patricia Hatmaker. Payment must be made in full and clear the bank before your item is shipped, approx. 10 days from the date of deposit.

Please contact Patty at Studio Storefront if you are having any issues with your order and we will be happy to assist you in anyway that we can.
Shipping
Currently, I am shipping on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All items will be shipped USPS first class or Priority mail. Any delay in shipping will be immediately communicated to the buyer. All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case personal basis.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are encouraged. Please contact us to request a custom creation. Custom orders must be paid for in advance and work on your requested item will begin once payment has cleared.

We leave feedback after items are shipped.

-Non-Payment-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying, contact us and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions, UPON IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION.
