Me, My Art, and My Shop
Abstract wall art has always intrigued me as far back as I can remember. Even my crayon drawings that my mom kept after all these years might be considered abstract or geometrical—dogs had square heads and the sun was made up of triangles. I also made paintings out of mud, leaves and grass. Mud was my medium of choice.
Fast forward 25 years and I'm shopping for home decor in stores that are way too expensive. I couldn't justify buying wall art that I might be able to create myself. Time went by and my walls remained blank—I'd shop, see something nice and tell myself "maybe I can do that." Finally, I started to create art—with very low expectations. After a year of starting, stopping and trashing projects my inner artist came out. I found myself creating all sorts of wall out. After filling up my own walls, I did the same for family and friends. Until then, I had yet to sell any art (and I still don't sell very much!), so when a friend suggested I open a shop on Etsy...and here I am.
Buying artwork is a personal and meaningful choice. The same applies to creating art. I'm meticulous throughout the entire process-from concept to completion. My inspiration comes from elements of nature, abstract style and a broad color palette. I'm driven by my imagination and creativity, and am constantly coming up with new concepts.
I believe that art should be accessible to all. To support this vision, I create pieces that are on the smaller side and more affordable while still embodying all of the character and originality of larger pieces. Don't see your size or color? Made-to-Order Art
Made-to-order listings are recreations of previously sold art that will be made as close as possible to the original. Prior to production of made-to-order art, you can request minor customizations or modifications.
Shipping Information
Shipping and estimated arrival times can be found under a listing’s description. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Contact me if you need a quicker turnaround time. Arrival times are based on current USPS shipping estimates and subject to change.
Care Instructions
Dust wooden artwork with a very soft cloth or feather duster. Use a small foam paintbrush—or a regular paintbrush—to clean dust from corners. Compressed air dusters are ideal. Do not use a damp cloth, tissues or paper towels.
