Returns and exchanges
No exchanges on *customized* items.
You may return an item in it's original packaging within *48 hours* of receiving the item for store credit, if you are not satisfied with the item (not if it's broken), but you have to *send me a picture* to see the condition of the item *before* go to post office to return.
You are responsible for shipping costs both ways for an exchange or returned package.
Please let me know if you recieved your item or not. I'm waiting for your feedbacks to be sure that your order is in good hands or not and you are satisfied or not.
