Refunds or exchanges will be given if an item is returned to seller within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is returned in its original condition. The full purchase price of the item will be refunded when the seller receives the item. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.

I finally upgraded to direct checkout and accept Etsy gift cards! You can see all the accepted forms of payment under my listings.

I will ship items within 1-3 business, unless the item is made to order, or if an order lands during the weekend or holiday. I will notify the buyer upon shipment of an order. Please let me know if you need something faster. To avoid delays, please ensure your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses match.

International Customers:
Please note - The seller is not responsible for import tariffs, taxes, or custom duties, or delays caused by customs. Buyers may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office if you want estimates of possible charges or other information.

Shipping Methods:
I use Etsy calculated shipping labels because they are accurate, based on package weight, size, and destination and they are discounted. In many cases the buyer will have a choice as to shipping method. I do not charge extra for packaging materials, but please note: whenever I can I will reuse boxes and packaging materials. The postal service provides time estimates, please understand that once an item ships, the seller has no control over how long an item takes to arrive.

Insurance:
The buyer has the option of purchasing insurance at an additional cost. Requests for insurance should be made before purchasing the item.
