About

A Pretty Big Deal in NYC

Started in early 2012, the idea sprung by me having extra studs and a few cases here and there that I wanted to accessorize, which is nothing new to me. From then on, every time I took my phone out of my pocket, I'd hear the same thing. "Where can I get a case like that?"

At first I began making them without charge for friends, but demand grew quickly. Before I knew it, I was a sophomore in high school selling dozens of cases per week. In the first few months, I even sold cases to famous celebrities and singers such as Matt Hunter and the Wayans family. The business grew like wildfire from there, as I'm still expanding and saving the money to benefit other's in my home city of New York and our futures.

Payment
The only payment method is Paypal for now. You will be prompted to pay as soon as you place your order. You can cancel your order by messaging me within 48 hours since you placed it, unless there is an issue on my side that is delaying the order. If I have a problem such as temporarily going out of stock or not having a case, then you can cancel your order and get a full refund at any time when I tell you about the issue.
Shipping
Shipping is done by USPS and a tracking number will be provided :)
Refunds and Exchanges
No cases will be refunded until sent back to me. If you were shipped the wrong case or it arrived damaged, you can send it back to me for an exchange or full refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
If your phone case breaks at any time, you can send it back to me and I will fix or replace it if necessary and send it back to you for free. You only have to pay for shipping once.
