Fantastic drawing. This was purchased for residents in a Care Home to colour in and put in their windows. It made their day, everyone enjoyed it so much 💖thank you Stupidcats

Thank you so much for doing these for me, greatly appreciated.

Loved these Christmas cards, the cats all have their own character! Despite the busy Christmas period the cards arrived very quickly.
One small remark, all the cards are in a plastic wrapper. It would be great if there is an option to get them without the plastic, as many other sellers offer, to do our bit for our planet.

I draw stupidcats!
Hellooooo, my name's Michelle and I live in Nottinghamshire in the UK.
I'm a mainly self-taught artist, illustrator, and designer/maker who loves cats, books and trains. When I'm not working full time in the railway industry, I'm either working on my stupidcats or writing children's stories and silly rhymes. I've loved drawing since I was tiny, but sadly some of my earliest works are now lost because they were drawn on the wall next to my bed in my childhood home.
Stupidcats have been around since 2001, when I drew a cat, thought it looked a bit stupid, so called it a stupidcat. I started selling my little cat portraits, and other illustrations, in a small art gallery while I was living in Iceland.
Since re-launching my stupidcats brand in summer 2015, I've been busy learning new skills to enable me to bring you lovely new goodies, including bookbinding, screenprinting and lino printing. My cards and notebooks are all hand printed using a Gocco screen printer. As a graphic designer early in my working career I developed a love of beautiful paper, so I make sure that the paper and card (and other materials) I use in my products are of the finest quality, and where possible I try to source my materials locally, or through independent suppliers.
The latest additions to my range of goodies are planner stickers, which I illustrate, print, and cut in my little studio. Look out for some new product lines launching in October/November 2018 - once I’ve finished prototyping them and am happy with the final versions!
As I work long hours in a non-cat related full time job at the moment, frequently staying away from home, stupidcats may take a while to take over the world... but be warned... they're slowly and steadily popping up on more and more creations, always of the best quality materials, and carefully drawn and designed with the utmost care to appeal to even the fussiest of cats!
ps - if you’ve read this far, hurrah, thank you! I opened a second shop, The End Cupboard, in July 2018 to house all my non-cat-related things. It's very small at the moment, but will grow as I work through 40-odd years of random doodles, sketchbooks, and things that have been lodged in my brain for way too long... http://etsy.me/2n2EOLb

Returns and exchange details
If I have already shipped your order and you change your mind, items and outward shipping will be refunded ONLY if you notify me of your wish to return the order within 14 days of delivery - please note that the buyer (ie you!) must pay return shipping costs (which must include proof of dispatch and delivery), and ensure items are well packed and in their original condition and unopened presentation packaging. Returns must be shipped back to me within 14 days of receipt by you, and refunds will be issued after I have received and checked the item(s).
If your items arrive damaged or show some defect that managed to slip past my attention, and you'd like to return them, please get in touch straight away. I will refund shipping costs back to me on receipt of the damaged/faulty items. It might be easier in some cases for me to just send you a replacement, so please always contact me before returning your items. And don't forget to take photos of the damages/defects, and photos of the packaging - this is necessary should I need to make a claim with the shipping company that mishandled your package. Please note that returns, refunds, and exchanges on damaged items can only be accepted by or issued to the original purchaser. Thanks!
Shipping estimates are sometimes difficult to predict accurately, especially when multiple items are included in the order. On the odd occasion my shipping prices may be significantly off, in which case I'll refund you the difference (less a small processing fee) if you paid too much. My shipping prices include a small charge for processing (that’s me carefully checking, packing and labelling up your order, then walking to the Post Office with it to send it on its way to you) and packaging materials.
Orders are usually available for dispatch within 3 to 10 working days - in the very rare event of it taking longer than this, I'll let you know in advance. If you require your order by a certain date (for example, a birthday), please let me know. PLEASE NOTE: I have set my processing time to 3-10 days because I frequently work away from home for my non-stupidcats job, so I may well be at the other end of the country when I receive your order! Most of the time though I manage to despatch well within (or earlier!) than 3-10 days. Processing times stated are how long it takes me to put your order in the post - it does not include the time it will take for your order to travel from the Post Office in the UK to your delivery address. :-)
In the UK, Royal Mail First Class standard post is used for orders under £20, First Class Signed For for orders over £20, and First Class Tracked and Signed for orders over £50 - this is to ensure that your order is covered by appropriate insurance values should anything go wrong during shipping.
Outside the UK, I use equivalent Royal Mail Air Mail services according to the total value of your order.
Note that shipping from the UK to other countries can take time, and sometimes packages may get stuck in customs for a bit, or delayed by weather conditions. Please be patient! :-)
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COST OF IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES ETC ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ITEM OR SHIPPING PRICES - THESE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY WHEN THE ITEM ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR COUNTRY'S IMPORT LAWS IF YOU'RE NOT SURE IF ANY OF THESE FEES APPLY TO YOU! Thank you! :-)
Orders will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your Etsy order, unless requested otherwise in the Notes To Seller at the time of ordering, or by Etsy Convo prior to despatch.
I use board-backed card envelopes, cardboard PiP boxes, waterproof padded bags or mailing bags depending on what you’ve ordered, and all goods are enclosed in clear cellophane bags. This is to help ensure that water can’t get into your package and damage your goodies, and that they’re protected against being squashed or bent as far as possible.

I sometimes do custom drawings on request - keep your eye on my store for custom listings, or send me a message.

Custom and personalised orders
I sometimes do custom cat drawings if time allows - please contact me if you're interested.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Items are popped into jolly paper bags and sealed with a branded sticker. Outer packaging is branded, so if your order contains a gift for someone in your household, please let me know when you place your order and I’ll pack it in unbranded packaging - I’d hate to spoil any surprises! PLEASE NOTE: Selecting the “Mark As Gift” option at checkout means you will receive a receipt in the package without pricing information - please be aware though that if you’re ordering from outside the UK, pricing information must be shown on the outside of the package for customs purposes.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COST OF IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES ETC ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ITEM OR SHIPPING PRICES - THESE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY WHEN THE ITEM ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY. Please check you country’s import laws if you are in any doubt of applicable charges. Thanks! :-)
