I accept Pay Pal, personal checks, money orders (USPS Money Orders preferred) Revolution Money Exchange (RM) which works like Pay Pal, only free. You sign up for a free account and transfer the money instantly for the quickest shipment of your order as it can take up to 10 working days for an out-of-state check to clear the bank.

NOTE: Custom Orders must be paid for in advance and may cost somewhat more than what is advertised in my shop, because the listings in my shop are often discounted due to a yarn surplus or yarn that has been given to me for free. If I have to purchase yarn for custom orders, it will cost me more to make the item.

All my bees are custom made especially for you and take anywhere from 5-7 days to complete. Pay Pal transfers generally take 3-4 working days before it's available to me in the form of cash in my checking's account. If you are in a rush for your item, please check with me in advance so that I can give you a better estimate of ship date so that there will be no disappointments later on. I believe in good communications to keep everyone happy!

If payment was made with a personal out-of-state check that can take from 8-10 working days to clear.

If you send me a money order, I can ship your item as soon as it arrives providing your item is ready!

Again, should you be in a hurry, please let me know in advance for a more accurate shipping date.

I can only ship USPS because I live in a small town and have no access to UPS or Fed X ... therefore I can NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses unless it's a small envelope.

REMEMBER: an out-of-state check can take up to 10 working days to clear my bank, so if you want your item quicker, use Money Order, PayPal or RME (Revolution Money Exchange is like PayPal, only FREE.)

NOTE: I participate in ETSY'S FIRST FRIDAY, that means, I offer FREE SHIPPING (Standard USPS to USA and Canada only) on every first Friday of each month.

LOST ITEMS: It has happened a few times that items got lost in transit. I can not be responsible for items that get lost in the mail, but I do offer insurance if you want to pay a little extra for it. On all expensive and large orders, I automatically insure the item for loss or damage and include it in my shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am a small seller with no budget, so I cannot offer complicated refunds/exchange, unless I have misrepresented my product and you are absolutely disappointed with your order. I have been told that my items look better in person (see my feedback section) therefore I am confident that after reading my description carefully and looking at all the photos, you will find that everything I have said, and the measurements/dimensions I provide, are accurate.

I generally do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders since part of the money was spent already buying the supplies, plus the item was made specifically for you and nobody else; however, I will work with you the best way I can so that there will be no disappointements further on down the line, because my goal is to please you, my customer, so that you will be happy to tell your friends about my work. Thank you :-)

Also, I cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment. When I turn the shipment over to the US Postal Service, it is clearly out of my hands, but if you want to insure your order, let me know in advance and I'll be happy to do that for you at an additional cost (whatever extra the post office will charge me for it.) There is, however, exceptions to every rule, so please contact me promptly and I will try to work with you so that everyone is not too disappointed.

My items are generally non-breakable and packaged in plastic zip lock bags to protect them from moisture or in case the envelope or package gets wet.
Additional policies and FAQs
I participate in Etsy's FIRST FRIDAY and offer FREE Standard USPS SHIPPING (to the USA only!) on the first Friday of each month. I will pay for standard USPS shipping and any upgrades like expedited shipping or insurance would be the buyer's responsibility.

If you are unable to reach me during this sale to change the listing for you to reflect no shipping charges, go ahead and purchase the item(s) and I will reimburse you for the shipping via PayPal. DO NOT delay purchasing your item because "First Friday" purchases are not retroactive!

Please mention Etsy's First Friday in "Notes to Seller."

A WORD ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom Orders must be paid in advance and may cost a bit more than what is advertised in my shop depending on your yarn selections.

This is the reason: In order to keep prices down, I often create items with yarns I purchased either at a discount or maybe even received for free; therefore, if I have to purchase yarn for custom orders at regular price, I may not get them at a sales price and it will cost more for me to make the item.

EXCEPTION: Items that are listed and advertised in my shop as Special Orders, Custom made, on Request or Personalized. That means I will make them for you "as is" with the added feature, i.e. personalize it with a pet's name (on my pet sweaters) or a person's name (on my shelf sitter bees) and the price is as listed. I will offer you colors of yarn to chose from that I have already on hand so that there is no additional yarn purchases required.

On most custom orders I offer no refunds or exchange, because they were made especially for you. However, there are exceptions to every rule. Good and clear communication should avoid any disappointments on either end.

I am very approachable and no concern of yours is too small or insignificant to mention. After all, I aim to please and work hard to give you exactly what you want, if at all possible, because I appreciate you, my customers, without whom I would not need this shop.

I am willing to negotiate overseas and out-of-the-country shipping.
