Years ago, I opened my first Etsy store in 2006 but just recently began selling on Etsy again. I opened my first creative company in 2004 and continue to run the daily operations today, Stylin' Stix Studio™ an e-commerce site featuring a stationery and gift line I personally created in addition to carrying several lines of nationally known designers in the industry. Stylin' Stix Studio™ started out as a little graphic design studio with hand drawn stick figures and whimsy preppy graphics. Our most popular items were From the Mom of Notepads, Monogrammed Note Cards, and Bag Tags for Children, Personalized Address Labels, Invitations, and Monogramming along with my Stick Figure Embroidery. In 2009, my entire computer network crashed leaving me with a few options. Close or Carry on! Since, I've expanded the business to a new design line that keeps me very busy and would love to see it grow just as S³ has over the years!

Refunds and Exchanges
Custom Made and or Personalized products may not be returned. If you should need to have your order redone, it will be processed with a courtesy rush (usually 2 business days). Additional time may be needed if a proof is required or if the order is being filled during the busy holiday season. Proofs are only by request.
An important part of your shopping experience with us is your satisfaction with the products you've ordered. If your order was not filled properly or if it became damaged or lost in shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will work with you to replace your order. Any problems with your order must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will not be able to offer credits or replacements after that time period. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep your original packaging as proof. The carrier will schedule a time with you to inspect the damage.

Customer & Dealer Error: It is vital that you carefully check the text on your online preview before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete text. However, if there is a mistake on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order and apply a 10% discount. The discount does not effect cost of shipping.
Our Error: From time to time, error s do occur. If there is a printing error on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receiving it so we may reprint the item. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority RUSH status at no additional charge and are printed at no cost to you.
Order Changes or Cancellations: Payment for each product is immediate upon placing the order. Once an order has been submitted, there is a $5 fee to make a change and a $10 fee to cancel an order. If an order is cancelled after it has entered into any stage of production and or custom design stage, cancellation fees will apply and a 20% charge will be incurred. If an order is cancelled for any reason by request before it has reached our system, or before the order form has been printed on our end from Etsy and the order form has not been sent to design, proofing or production there will be a $7.95 fee deducted from any refund for the re-listing cost and our time it takes to refund any order. If an order has already gone to design, proofing or print/production and has been entered into our system, you will be charged in full and the order will be completed as submitted. All Lifeproof® Orders will also be charged in Full due to our fulfillment center and custom case orders if we have already sent in a request to order your case from Distribution. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make sure that you are satisfied with your selections before submitting an order. Read item(s) descriptions in full before placing custom orders to avoid confusion about particular item(s) you may contact us with questions. Changing an order while in process may increase our processing time and possibly require a fee to do so. Thank you for understanding this important part of our process in design and how we value our time and yours.
Incomplete Orders: We are not responsible for orders left over 14days -- if we have a question about an incomplete order and we cannot Fulfill the order due to no response or continued unanswered messages from the customer; All monies will be forfeited by the said customer who does not respond to our continued efforts to complete all orders in a timely manner. After an order is left with repeated unanswered questions from our designers in order to complete custom orders- we will no longer make request after 14 days and your order will not be fulfilled nor will your order be refunded. Thank you for understanding this important part of the ordering process.
Care Instructions & Lifeproof® Sticker Prints™ Guidelines: We cannot be held responsible for misuse and do not warranty your iPhone in anyway. The Heavy Duty cases are meant to protect your device but does not always hold up in every situation and must be handled with care- as with any printed product its best NOT expose your Case or Sticker Prints™ to any chemicals, which may result in damage to the Case/Sticker and weaken your print. This item is waterproof however as with any product on the market can scratch if dropped, thrown, comes in contact with certain chemicals or sharp objects, is scratched or possibly otherwise mistreated. Normal wear and tear is expected but it is important to keep your Lifeproof® case and or Sticker Prints™ free from any type of chemical and the case must be handled with care. Do not handle your Case with Sticker Prints™ before your hands are completely dry after using any type of Soap, Makeup, Perfume, Hand Sanitizers, Lotions, Oil or Cleaning Products which may harm not only your case but the printed design as well.
