4 out of 5 starsThe invitations look absolutely stunning. It took a while to get the design sorted as Sarah struggled to correct everything I asked for, but she was very attentive and had good communication - and made sure I was completely happy with the wording and design before getting them printed. I do feel quite let down by the fact that some invitations and envelopes were damaged - possibly due to delivery (I’m unsure). One was snapped, and a couple others had some printing faulty (which were minor), But that is why I ordered more than what I needed ! Although I’m disappointed that some were damaged/faulty, I’m pleased that I received the invitation two weeks quicker than the original estimation. I’ve attached an image of a perfect invitation.

If an Acrylic Invitation Damaged while shipping, what can i do?
We are sending our invitations with their special package which only produced to protect these goods while shipping. But sometimes the box may take damage during transportations, in such cases, we recommend our customers to go over a few damaged products with moisturizing cream. So they take care of the problem with this way. In order for your parcel to be delivered in the best posible way, we use top level and insured shipping option and of course, if they are still not satisfied with the product, we create a ticket to the carrier company for a full refund for damage.
Shipping & LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES
Note: Weather, Customs and other factors may delay the shipping for weeks. The timings are given as an estimation.
Any delay at the destination countries are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.
Please make sure you provide the correct address! I am not responsible for incorrect address therefore if your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, from the post office or FedEx, a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.
Once an order is shipped, FedEx or USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as "delivered", we are not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages.
