Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Please give careful consideration to your selections, and ask as many questions as you need to make an informed decision prior to your order. We love to answer your queries!

Exceptions:
In the unlikely event that your purchase comes to you with a defect, authorized returns may be made for repair or replacement. Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, and authorized returns must be return postmarked within 14 days of receipt. We greatly appreciate your business, and will work tirelessly to exceed your expectations.

We are now proud to accept both Direct Checkout on Etsy, as well as PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still use a major credit card through PayPal.

If not listed in the shop under "Custom Orders on Reserve", upon placing any custom order Suadela Intimates will invoice you via PayPal. If payment is not received 72 hours after invoicing, the sale will be cancelled. Where appropriate, after cancellation of sale, the item may be listed in the shop.

We ship via USPS with tracking included on domestic orders.

We are happy to ship worldwide! Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and/or customs charges that may be incurred. We're very sorry we cannot offer tracking to our international customers at this time (USPS limitations!), but will retain proof of shipping. If this is an absolute must for you as an international buyer, please discuss it with us via conversation to arrange for use of an alternate shipping carrier. You will be invoiced after mailing for the exact amount of shipping with tracking. This is a premium service, and we encourage you to explore the prices to know what to expect.

If you've already placed your order, and need to add express shipping, send us an Etsy conversation to let us know. Suadela Intimates will invoice you via PayPal for the exact amount of expedited shipping. If you prefer to use Etsy Direct Checkout as your payment method, we will create a shipping upgrade listing for you.

Q: How do I know my size?
A: Measure the diameter of your areola, and choose the size equal to or slightly larger than your measurement.

Q: My areola is larger/smaller than any of your offered sizes! What do I do?
A: We make many of our pasties to order, and will gladly make custom sizes whenever possible. Simply send us a conversation to obtain your perfect fit.

Q: My areola is quite small/large and I'd like to cover more/less area. Is that wrong?
A: Absolutely not! How much you wish to cover is a matter of personal preference. Some performers with subtle areolae intentionally wear too small pasties, and makeup what is not covered. Others prefer to wear larger pasties over petite nipples. [*If you're wearing these to perform publicly, be sure to educate yourself on the rules, regulations, and laws applicable to the venue in which you'll be performing.]

Q: How do I attach these pasties?
A: Our preferred method is fashion tape or seam tape, which we offer in our shop. Spirit gum or medical adhesive are other very good options.

Q: Tape?! Medical Adhesive?! Is this going to hurt to take off?
A: No. Slow and gentle will make it totally painless. They are comfortable to wear, and easy to take off.

Q: How do I clean these?
A: Spot clean only.

Q: I would like to place a wholesale order. Do you do large custom orders?
A: We happily consider all custom requests. Send us a conversation with the details of your desires, and we will quote you time and price for troupe sets.

Q: I've made my order! How long before I receive my items?
A: Most of our items are made to order, in your size. In most cases, the item(s) will ship within one week. Suadela will contact you in the event of any delay, or in the case of a particularly intricate order.

Q: Your return policies say you don't take returns due to the nature of your products. I've ordered a one of a kind item, and it is modeled in the photographs. What's the deal?
A: If you've ordered an item OOAK, rest assured we use hygiene petals (for pasties) during, and replace hooks (for handmade earrings) after, photo shoots with our models. So you will receive new, unworn backs! :)
