I'm just a mom of three in the "burbs" finding a kinder, gentler, legal-er way of leaving my mark on anything that stands still long enough. I think we're probably a lot alike, you and I. We're here on Etsy so we both like cool, handmade accessories. We don't want to have the exact same things as all our friends have. PSST! Here's my little secret, just between you and me -- I LIVE FOR A BARGAIN! I hope you will feel like you are getting excellent quality and style for an excellent price here at Suburban Graffiti. My shop is constantly changing with new items being posted every week. Come back often to see what's new.

Payment is appreciated within 2 days of purchase. If you need a few more days please convo me and we can work something out. After 5 days and no convo the item will be re-listed.
I am currently only accepting PayPal. Please convo me if this is an issue.
I try to ship Monday thru Friday to keep everything moving smoothly.
I always try to get purchases shipped within 1 business day of receiving a clear payment, but please allow me up to 3 business days to get your purchase shipped out. Some days just don't go like you planned! I will need a minimum of 5 business days to ship custom orders or special size requests.
I ship via USPS First Class Mail within the United States. Upgrades to Priority is available, just convo me so that I can adjust the shipping cost on your invoice. Delivery confirmation and insurance is also available at an additional charge, again convo me. All international orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International, no insurance or delivery confirmation is available with this shipping method. If you would like one or both of these services shipping will have to be upgraded to Priority International shipping at an additional cost.
I package every item carefully to ensure it gets to you in great condition but I cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost by the post office. Once an item is shipped, it is out of my hands. I can not responsible for lost packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
Usually you will receive the exact item pictured (except with stock items such as black or white headbands). COLORS MAY SOMETIMES VARY SLIGHTLY as each camera and computer monitor is somewhat different. I personally photograph all of my items and do the best job I possibly can to accurately represent each item. Please ask if you're unsure!
I stand 100% behind every item I sell. If there is defect with an item I will gladly replace it or refund your money. However, if you have second thoughts once you've placed your order I can not refund.
Please convo me if you are unhappy with your order for any reason so we can work together to resolve the issues. I want you to LOVE your shopping experience here.
