Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If your item arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact me immediately to set up a return. I accept returns on a case-by-case basis, and must receive notice of an issue within 2 (TWO) days of your item's delivery date.

Please respond with your order number, and photographs detailing the damages to ensure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible : )

If your item arrives damaged in the shipment, I am happy to send you a replacement! Please convo me providing pictures of your item to arrange a shipment.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order you placed with Sucre Sucre, please be sure to contact me within 24 HOURS of your purchase date. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 days, and made to order items are often started within 24 hours of purchase, so please convo me as soon as possible - as once your order is shipped or sculpted it cannot be cancelled.


LOST MAIL
it is very rare, but in the event your tiny treats do not make it home to you within two weeks of your ship date (US) or 4-5 internationally, please contact me asap!
Please note, a lost parcel is one that you have not received, and must read as so in the tracking. If your parcel reads as delivered USPS will not investigate any further, and I must go by the tracking information. Please be aware my parcels are sent USPS first class which does not include insurance in the price. Insurance is available upon request by USPS. In the event of a lost parcel, your purchased items are protected! Original postage cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Please refer to the shop too announcement for detailing on current wait times. Pretty much all listings are made per order, and orders can take 7-14 business days for creation. Orders are began within 24-72 hours of payment received. If items are in stock, meaning under the specific "In-Stock, Ready to Ship" category are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Please check the shop top announcement and/or each listing's shipping tab for specific processing time. If you need to rush your order, please convo me for availability!

Please allow between 6-10 business days for USPS to deliver items within the US.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L
International customers please check your country's customs fee information. Buyers will be responsible for paying any fees that may be incurred due to import tax.

International orders are shipped by USPS first class international mail. Most packages arrive within 2-3 weeks, but can vary. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Every item in my shop is completely handmade by me, using no moulds or guides. Because of this, every charm will vary slightly and exact repetition is impossible.

Most pictures are an example of the first charm I made of that style, the actual item you receive may have subtle differences : )

It should be noted these items are not toys and should be treated with care!
Due to the small sizing they are not recommended for small children so please use discretion when purchasing.
