At Suds and the City Soap, I strive to create special and unique soaps for all of my customers.
All pieces are handmade by me in New York State.
I accept payment by PayPal.
You may use a credit card at checkout and it will go through PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option.
Full Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase before the item is shipped.

SHIPPING IS FREE for all of my customers and currently ship only in United States.
I ship all items via USPS Priority Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns for any items. If an item is damaged in shipment, please notify me within 24 hours of receiving the package to report a damaged item. All damaged items must be received no later than 5 business days after notification. After receiving the item, a new item will be shipped back to you. If you purchase an item unable to be replicated, a store credit will be granted.
