    suds!™ Bath and Body was founded in November, 2010 and is based out of Prior Lake, MN. We are committed to bringing you all natural bath and body products. When we say "all natural" we don't mean "kind of" or "mostly". We mean 100% natural! You won't find any artificial preservatives, harsh detergents, synthetic colors or fragrances in any of our products. We use only the finest essential oils, natural colors, butters and oils. As you can see, most of our products are in solid form which eliminates the need for artificial preservatives!

    If you ever have questions about any of our products or ingredients, we'd love to hear from you. Ingredient lists can be confusing, and we want you to know exactly what you're putting on your body!

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact me by convo or by emailing suds [!at] sudsbathandbody.com. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within 2 business days.

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products unless we have shipped you the wrong product or a product is defective.

    Many of our products melt at body temperature, so they may melt upon shipment during warmer months. suds!™ is not responsible for any products that may arrive melted. If a product does arrive melted, simply put it in the fridge and let harden before using.

    Also, keep in mind that these products may melt if they are put in direct sunlight or somewhere that exceeds body temperatures, so please store them someplace cool and out of direct sunlight. suds!™ is not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit or otherwise.
    Payment
    Payment is due in full before items ship.

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit & Debit Cards
    • PayPal
    • Etsy Gift Cards

    Orders will be canceled upon non-payment.

    All Minnesota orders will be charged sales tax 6.875%.
    Shipping
    All orders are shipped from Prior Lake, MN 55372 via USPS Priority Mail to arrive within 2-7 business days from receipt of your order for domestic orders and within 7-15 business days from receipt of your order for international orders.

    The shipping cost of your order is based on the total weight and number of items in the order.

    Please allow up to 2 business days to process & pack your order.

    Orders are processed, packed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

    Please convo me to request a faster shipping method. Extra charges will be applied based on delivery location and shipping method.

    Please convo me to request more than one of any item that is posted. I always have an inventory of products, so I can accommodate an order of more than one of any particular item.
