Returns and exchange details
If, however, you are dissatisfied with an item, I will accept the return in original and unworn condition for a refund, less shipping and handling costs. Please contact me if you wish to request an exchange or return. A request for a refund must be made within five calendar days after the customer received the item. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and you must provide a tracking number for the return. Refunds will not be provided if no tracking number has been provided. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
I do not make changes in the lengths of the woven, crocheted, and some of the strung items once it has been constructed. If the length does not work for you, please contact me for a refund. A customer declining my offer of a refund implies that the customer is satisfied with the purchased item.

Shipping
If the postal service returns your item to me because the address provided was inadequate or incorrect, I will contact you for a correct address. If you do not respond within 5 days, I will cancel the order and issue a refund. The refund will not include shipping costs. If you decide to provide a corrected address and request the item be re-sent, shipping charges must be paid for the second mailing, even if free shipping was offered originally (because I have already paid for shipping once).
