Payment
- I currently only accept payment via paypal.
- Completion of payment is required within three (3) days of purchase. Please convo me in case you need more than three days and I'm sure we'll come to a conlusion.

Shipping
- Orders typically ship within 2-3 days of purchase.
- Combined (discounted) shipping is offered on orders with multiple items, that discount is reflected at checkout!
- I will ship to the address specified in your Etsy order.
- Everything is send via Deutsche Post (German Post). The shipping costs divide into 3 catagories: National, Europe and World and are calculated to match the actual shipping costs as exactly as possible. Unfortunately our postal service is VERY expensive and I'm really sorry about that but you must know that I will not make any profit with these at all!
- I'm not responsible for any loss or damage due to shipping.
- It is possible to get insurance for your packages, however the costs for this are extremely high for anything other than national mail. Please convo me if you are interested in getting insurance for your package prior to ordering and I'll let you know how much exactly you will have to pay for shipping then!
- It is also possible to send your order via registered mail. The extra costs for doing so will be $ 3,25. Again please convo me if you would like to use this option.
